The Kitchen

We have a large modern kitchen with three thermo wave ovens ( These ovens can steam your food or heat your food or a bit of both!).  4 burner commercial gas stove. One gas oven. Two commercial toasters. 35 Ltr hot water ZIP.  Ample supply of pots, baking dishes, trays, food containers etc. One 10 ltr mixer, A10 can opener, Large cool room (4°C) for meat, milk, vegetables, bread etc. Deep freeze. Commercial potato peeler.  Crockery and cutlery for up to 300 people. Dishwashers.  All breakages charged at replacement costs.

  • 6 various half sized pans
  • 3 large aluminium trays – like biscuit pans
  • 20 other large flat trays – fine for baking or burger patties hashbrowns etc

Dish Wash Areas

There are 2 dish wash spaces available.
1. The dishwash room is accessible directly off the dinning room and you can pass your dirty dishes straight onto a conveyor ready to go through the rinse machine and either one of the 2 commercial dish washers. 
2. The cooks dishes is a large outdoor area with 4 sinks ready to wash all the dishes that the kitchen make.
